What did I work at Samsung?
Over the 06 months, my Internship brief was to:
Design an XR tool for content creators
GenZ users are emerging to be the key demographic for products and experiences with their accelerated adoption of tools in gaming, personalisation & creation.
The aim of this project is to design a XR creation tool that meets needs of GenZ content creators. Study existing product and user landscape to identify user trends and behaviour.
• Studied Samsung Eco-system & products
• Conducted exhaustive Desk Research to understand competitors
• Updated Instagram algorithm to enable micro learning
• Shadow mapping in-office GenZ’ers
• Conducted 1-1 user interviews (PM, R&D, UX, HR teams)
• Explored affinity methods to extract key consumer insights
• Analysed Big portal Data (usage insights)
• Conducted multiple scenario ideations with focus groups
• Somehow survived 04 team reviews 🥶 🥵 (full of learnings)
Created this 06 month timeline to better plan & navigate the project.

Process / Approach

The whole design revolves around creating a tool that helps new-age content creators produce content in XR.
