What did I work at Samsung?

Over the 06 months, my
Internship brief was to:
Design an XR tool for content creators


GenZ users are emerging to be the key demographic for products and experiences with their accelerated adoption of tools in gaming, personalisation & creation.
The aim of this project is to design a XR creation tool that meets needs of GenZ content creators. Study existing product and user landscape to identify user trends and behaviour.

•  Studied Samsung Eco-system & products

•  Conducted exhaustive Desk Research to understand competitors

•  Updated Instagram algorithm to enable micro learning

 Shadow mapping in-office GenZ’ers

•  Conducted 1-1 user interviews (PM, R&D, UX, HR teams)

•  Explored affinity methods to extract key consumer insights

•  Analysed Big portal Data (usage insights)

•  Conducted multiple scenario ideations with focus groups

•  Somehow survived 04 team reviews 🥶 🥵  (full of learnings)

Created this 06 month timeline to better plan & navigate the project.

The whole design revolves around creating a tool that helps new-age content creators produce content in XR.
